Death by Complex

Min 1: 1 Hang power Clean + 1 Front Squat

Min 2: 2 + 2

Min 3: 3 + 3

Min 4: 4 + 4

Etc,go until you can’t make all reps in the minute. Can’t drop the bar.

5 Burpee penalty if you do.

Men use 115

Women use 75

RX+ 135/95

Scale weight to where you can do 10 reps of hang cleans unbroken.
Score is rounds, If you finished Min 7 and only got 8 hang cleans and 2 front squats then your score would be 7.
