Weighted Sit-ups (Hold plate overhead 2×25)

Hold a 10-15lb plate overhead. Try to keep your arms locked out making the situp strict. This is not for speed.

Russian Twist (2×50 Weighted use 20lbs or more. Count each side. )

Supermans (2×25)
