Odd: 10 Wallballs 20/14
1 Barbell. Use the same weight for both movements in the even minute.
Shoulder to Overhead may be any form of press or jerk. Score is weight.
If all 10 reps cant be performed in the 60 second timeframe you will not RX. Scale weight down and go.
