Bench Press (5×5 @ 85%)

We are on a strength program to increase Squat, Clean, and Bench for the next 6 weeks. On your last set of 5. Do 2 reps and rerack, then do another 2 reps and rerack (short 10-15 sec) then do MAX EFFORT reps.

Odd: 6 Ring Dips + Max Double Unders
