Hand Stand Walk Progression (1 Time Through. )
Skill Work: Handstand Hold/
Handstand Walk Progressions
1: 3 Hand stand holds, nose to wall. 20+ seconds.
2: Shoulder Taps while in Hand stand position against wall. 3xMax
3: Hip Touch while in hand stand position against wall. 3xMax
4: Off wall hand stand holds. Use feet to kick away from wall. Try and hold the handstand as long as you can. Do this 3-4 times.
5: Walk Away: Kick yourself off the wall and allow your body to be pulled forward by your body tipping passed 90 degrees. Feel your balance pull you forward and take a few walks.
