WOD 1: 10 Min Amrap

Score is Total Calories.

150 Wallballs (total)

Partner 1: Chip away at Wall balls

Partner 2: Bike Calories
*both partners must be working at same time if you haven’t finished Karen. If partner 1 drops the wallball you have to switch. If you complete all 150 wallballs under the time cap use the rest of the time to alternate on the bike until the time cap.

WOD 2: Score is Deadlift Reps

“Grip Reaper” 6 min Bar Hang & Amrap Deadlifts.

Partner 1 will Hang from a bar, while partner 2 does Deadlifts.

Partner 1: Bar Hold

Partner 2: Amrap Deadlifts 185/115
Both partners must be working at the same time. You may switch however/whenever. 1 partner MUST be hanging while other does AMRAP of deadlifts. If no one is hanging, no reps will be done on deadlift. 6 min total time for bar hang.
