Min 1: 12 burpees, 6 Ring Dips

Min2: 200m Sprint

Min 3: Rest

RX+

Min 1: 12 Burpees, 9 pushups, 6 ring dips

Min 2: 200m Sprint

Min 3: Rest
To get the RX or RX+ you have to perform all reps each minute. This is a volume wod. Only 4 sprints! Go hard!!
