On the 0:00: 15 Abmat Sit-Ups
On the 1:00: 12 Abmat Sit-Ups
On the 2:00: 9 Abmat Sit-Ups
On the 3:00: 6 Abmat Sit-ups
-2:00 min rest
Starting the workout at the top of every minute do abmat sit-ups, then bike/row for as many calories as possible with rest of minute. Score at the end is TOTAL calories. 2 minute REST between each 4 minute round.
